Kā pieprasīt, lai Amanda un SIA Wehes dzēš jūsu datus

Amanda ir WhatsApp asistents, ko uzņēmumi lieto saziņai ar saviem klientiem. Ja esat rakstījis uzņēmumam, kurš lieto Amandu, jūsu ziņas, tālruņa numurs un vārds glabājas šī uzņēmuma sarunu vēsturē, ko SIA Wehes uztur uzņēmuma uzdevumā. Šajā lapā ir aprakstīts, kā tos dzēst.

Ja esat uzņēmuma klients (rakstījāt uzņēmumam WhatsApp)

  1. Uzrakstiet uz info@wehes.com ar tēmu "Datu dzēšana". Norādiet tālruņa numuru, no kura rakstījāt WhatsApp, un uzņēmumu, ar kuru sarakstījāties.
  2. Mēs pārbaudīsim, ka pieprasījums nāk no numura īpašnieka: atsūtīsim īsu apstiprinājuma ziņu uz šo WhatsApp numuru.
  3. Septiņu dienu laikā dzēsīsim sarunas vēsturi, kontaktu un visus failus, ko esat sūtījis, un nosūtīsim apstiprinājumu uz jūsu e-pastu.

Datu dzēšanu var pieprasīt arī tieši uzņēmumam, ar kuru sarakstījāties. Tas var izdzēst jūsu kontaktu no sava Amandas vadības paneļa pats.

Ja esat uzņēmums, kas lieto Amandu

Savu klientu datus varat dzēst pats vadības panelī amanda.wehes.lv: atveriet kontaktu un izvēlieties "Dzēst kontaktu". Dzēšana ir neatgriezeniska un tiek ierakstīta dzēšanas žurnālā bez personas datiem.

Ja pārtraucat lietot Amandu, uzrakstiet uz info@wehes.com. Mēs 30 dienu laikā atslēgsim Amandu no jūsu WhatsApp Business konta, dzēsīsim visus jūsu klientu datus, sarunu vēsturi, failus un piekļuves tokenus, un nosūtīsim rakstisku apstiprinājumu.

Kas tiek dzēsts

Dzēšam: sarunu vēsturi, tālruņa numuru, vārdu, sūtītos failus un attēlus, balss ziņu atšifrējumus, tikšanās pieteikumus, WhatsApp piekļuves tokenus un konta identifikatorus.

Saglabājam: tikai to, ko prasa likums, piemēram, grāmatvedības dokumentus par sniegto pakalpojumu uzņēmumam, un anonīmu ierakstu dzēšanas žurnālā (datums un fakts, ka dzēšana notikusi), kurā nav personas datu.

Cik ilgi dati glabājas bez pieprasījuma

Sarunu vēsture tiek glabāta, kamēr uzņēmums lieto Amandu, bet ne ilgāk kā 24 mēnešus no pēdējās ziņas. Pēc tam tā tiek dzēsta automātiski.

How to have Amanda and SIA Wehes delete your data

Amanda is a WhatsApp assistant that businesses use to talk to their customers. If you have messaged a business that uses Amanda, your messages, phone number and name are stored in that business's conversation history, which SIA Wehes maintains on the business's behalf. This page explains how to have them deleted.

If you are a customer (you messaged a business on WhatsApp)

  1. E-mail info@wehes.com with the subject "Data deletion". Include the phone number you messaged from and the business you were talking to.
  2. We will confirm that the request comes from the owner of the number by sending a short confirmation message to that WhatsApp number.
  3. Within seven days we will delete the conversation history, the contact and any files you sent, and confirm by e-mail.

You can also ask the business you were talking to directly. It can delete your contact from its Amanda dashboard itself.

If you are a business using Amanda

You can delete your customers' data yourself in the dashboard at amanda.wehes.lv: open the contact and choose "Delete contact". Deletion is permanent and is recorded in a deletion log that contains no personal data.

If you stop using Amanda, e-mail info@wehes.com. Within 30 days we will disconnect Amanda from your WhatsApp Business Account, delete all your customer data, conversation history, files and access tokens, and send written confirmation.

What is deleted

Deleted: conversation history, phone number, name, files and images sent, voice message transcripts, meeting requests, WhatsApp access tokens and account identifiers.

Retained: only what the law requires, such as accounting records for the service provided to the business, and an anonymous entry in the deletion log (date and the fact that deletion took place) that contains no personal data.

How long data is kept without a request

Conversation history is kept while the business uses Amanda, and no longer than 24 months after the last message. After that it is deleted automatically.
